Removal of failing stucco that was made up of a combination of traditional Lime and areas where patching was made up of a Portland based stucco mix.
Removal of deteriorated brick, mortar, and repair of structural cracks. Used time period mortar.

Tabby Stucco
One of a few totally masonry structure with concrete "Docks Planking" set with a crane in Savannah, GA. Formed and poured all concrete arches. Top portion on structure is precast that was also set by crane.

Beginning stages of a monolithic slab with 8" CMU wall construction project. Plumber decided to use buckets where his floor drain will eventually go-first time for everything. Will keep you posted as project unfolds.
Our goal in this project was to uncover original Savannah Grey brick to match front elevation for a uniformed orinal appearance.

New break metal flashing with rubberized flashing. Install new kiln dried pressure treated 2x6 trim details with NP1 sealeant.
Presevered chimney from mid 1800's
Gentle cleaning, spot pointing, new urethane sealant where lap siding comes in contact with masonry.
Applied two cycles of consolidated water repellent to entire chimney
